Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Marimanti

CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for Retail Sales in Marimanti. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary focus is generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market while maintaining high levels of customer service and brand promotion.

Responsibilities

• Business Generation: Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
• Client Education: Educate new and existing clients on retail Life products to ensure they understand the value of the offerings.
• Liaison: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains competitive and updated.
• Persistency Management: Follow up to ensure that policy persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is considered desirable.
• Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP) are required. A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer care skills are essential for client retention and satisfaction.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be 25 years of age or older.
