This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary objective is to drive retail Life Business within the allocated market in Litein, ensuring client satisfaction and brand promotion for the CIC Group.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet sales targets.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on various retail Life products offered by CIC Insurance.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains updated and competitive.
Persistency Management: Follow up with clients to ensure policy persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is considered desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance, such as Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or ECOP.
Advanced Certifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Age: Candidates must be 25 years and above.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer care skills.
