This role involves generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet sales targets.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on the various retail Life products offered by CIC Group.
Service Delivery: Liaise with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to all clients.
Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the set turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains updated and competitive.
Retention: Follow up on existing policies to ensure persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand within the market.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP.
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA qualification is considered an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
Age: 25 years and above.
