This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary objective is to drive the growth of the retail Life Business within the allocated market (Kimana) by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on various retail Life products to ensure they make informed decisions.
Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Provide timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to ensure the company's product range remains competitive and updated.
Client Retention: Follow up on policies to ensure persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market to increase visibility and reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is considered desirable.
Professional Certification: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP are required.
Advanced Certification: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA qualification is an added advantage.
Age: Candidates must be 25 years of age and above.
Skills:
