CIC Insurance Group is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for the Maua region. The role primarily involves driving the growth of the retail Life Business within the allocated market. The successful candidate will be responsible for client education, timely service delivery, and the promotion of the CIC brand while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets.
Client Education: Educating both new and existing clients on various retail Life products offered by CIC.
Liaison: Working closely with various departments to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service delivery.
Quotations: Providing accurate and timely quotations to prospective clients within the stipulated turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gathering and reporting market intelligence to ensure the company's product range remains competitive and updated.
Persistency: Following up on issued policies to ensure persistency is maintained at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promoting the CIC brand in the market.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance, specifically Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or ECOP.
Added Advantage: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification will be considered an added advantage.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 25 years of age and above.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and exceptional customer care skills.
