Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across target sectors (manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, institutions).
Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans within assigned territory or sector.
Solution-Based Selling
Understand client operational needs and recommend appropriate chemical, equipment, and service solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and solution presentations.
Customize proposals that deliver value and efficiency to clients.
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the company's solution portfolio.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in hygiene solutions, industrial chemicals, FMCG, or facilities services is highly preferred.
Background from a reputable and structured organization is an added advantage.
