Job Description
Healthy U is the leading health food and supplement provider in Kenya, with over 30 stores across Kenya and Uganda. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate picking, loading, and dispatch.
Improve stock flow and availability by applying FIFO/LIFO principles, monitoring fast and slow movers, and reducing backorders and stock-outs.
Drive efficiency and cost control by reducing lead times and minimizing losses/breakages.
Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, trackers, and KPI reporting.
Lead and coordinate warehouse teams through supervision, coaching, and overtime management.
Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (FMCG experience preferred).
Proven warehouse and logistics experience with strong planning, organization, and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
