Job Description
Taita Taveta County Public Service Board is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Assistant Physiotherapist III. This role is responsible for providing essential physiotherapeutic services within the county's healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will work under the terms of service of Permanent & Pensionable employment, with a salary scale as determined by the Salaries and Remunerations Commission.
Responsibilities
Providing physiotherapeutic services to patients at the county healthcare facilities.
Assessing patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Implementing rehabilitation programs and exercises for patients.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports.
Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educating patients and their families on physical health and injury prevention.
Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen.
Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
Certificate of Registration from the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK).
Current Certificate of practice from the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK).
