The Administrative Clerk serves as the administrative backbone of the department, providing essential clerical, secretarial, and records management support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of academic programmes and services within the institution. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, maintaining academic records, and facilitating communication between students, staff, and the public.
