Accountant

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) and analyze budget variances.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations, preparing tax returns and documentation.
• Transaction Management: Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and petty cash.
• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure data confidentiality.
• Auditing Support: Support internal and external audits by compiling required documentation.
• Strategic Input: Monitor budget performance and advise management on financial health and liquidity.
• Weekly Reports: Reconciling and sharing weekly invoice reports to partners, as well as enhancing weekly revenue collection of all shared invoices.

Requirements

• A degree or Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in an accounting role with strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
