This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in workshop management, fleet maintenance, and leading technical teams in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, mining, or heavy equipment operations.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience in workshop, fleet, or maintenance management
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience managing preventive maintenance programmes and workshop operations
Experience with agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, tractors, generators, and heavy equipment is highly desirable
