Job Description
Established 12 years ago, PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camp is a prominent and rapidly growing hospitality brand in Kenya. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer, based in Mombasa, to join the Marketing Team. You will produce high-quality video content showcasing our spaces, cuisine, events, and guest experiences, strengthening our digital presence across multiple units. You will support content planning, execute shoots, edit engaging visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms while collaborating with the marketing team to deliver impactful storytelling.
Responsibilities
Capture and edit high-quality video content of hotel spaces, food & beverage, events, and guest experiences to support brand visibility and marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning content calendars and provide on-site production support during shoots.
Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital and social platforms.
Maintain videography equipment and ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to deliver cohesive, high-impact content.
Support campaign performance tracking to continuously enhance content effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Film Production, Videography, or a related course from a recognized institution in Kenya.
At least 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage).
Strong skills in video shooting, editing, sound, and post-production techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong storytelling ability with a keen interest in digital content trends and hospitality branding.
