Job Description
This is a hands-on role requiring full ownership of the content lifecycle—from ideation and production to publishing and performance optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Nairobi’s digital culture and can consistently produce trend-driven, viral content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Design high-quality visual assets and creatives for digital campaigns.
Identify and leverage trending topics, formats, and cultural moments.
Write compelling, audience-specific captions and copy.
Manage and actively engage with online communities.
Track content performance and optimize creatives based on insights and analytics.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
Required Skills & Technical Competencies
Content Creation & Editing
Proficiency in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
