Kenyatta University is a multi-campus public university in Kenya and is seeking a qualified Tutorial Fellow in the field of Health Management. This role is an academic position focusing on teaching, research, and contribution to the academic life of the institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality instruction to students, conducting research, and fulfilling administrative duties as required by the department.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate students in the area of Health Management.
Participate in research and publication activities to contribute to the academic body of knowledge.
Manage tutorials and student assessments.
Provide academic mentorship and support to students.
Assist in the development of course materials and curriculum review.
Support departmental and university-wide administrative and professional activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
An earned Master’s degree or equivalent in Health Management or a related field from an accredited and recognized university.
Achievement of at least four (4) equivalent publication points.
Demonstrable evidence of good quality teaching experience.
Registration with a relevant Professional Body is mandatory.
