Stellar Human Resource Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Lead to join their team in Nairobi. The Training Lead will be responsible for driving impactful learning initiatives, building and growing the training function, and integrating modern tools into training delivery to meet both business and client needs.
Responsibilities
Build and grow the training function within the organization.
Design practical, results-driven training programs aligned to business and client needs.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop customized training solutions for diverse clients.
Facilitate, coach, and develop training content for various audiences.
Deliver training sessions through both physical and virtual platforms with confidence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Integrate modern tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital learning platforms, into training delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in training, learning & development (L&D), or capacity building.
Demonstrated ability to drive impactful learning initiatives.
Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and content development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
Leadership ability to manage and expand the training department.
Experience in an HR consultancy or service-based industry is an added advantage.
