Deputy Director - Accreditation

Reporting to the Director, Accreditation and Quality Assurance, the Deputy Director - Accreditation will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic oversight in the accreditation and quality assurance processes within KASNEB. The job holder is tasked with ensuring that training institutions meet established standards, safeguarding the integrity of examination processes, and fostering collaborations with international examination bodies to maintain high educational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating accreditation assessment, monitoring, and regular reviews of relevant training institutions.
• Overseeing the quality assurance of examination processes and related activities.
• Coordinating the analysis of examination results and the preparation of comprehensive performance reports to guide future institutional improvements.
• Reviewing and strengthening controls designed to safeguard the security and integrity of examinations.
• Coordinating the review, implementation, and continuous improvement of the institution's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Managing collaborations and partnerships with foreign examination bodies and professional organizations.
• Initiating, developing, and implementing policies related to accreditation and institutional standards.
• Developing accreditation criteria and guidelines for syllabi delivery for accredited institutions.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with established accreditation standards.
• Communicating accreditation assessment findings to applicants and promoting public awareness of accredited training institutions.
