Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care.
• Note: Candidates from Beverages, Edible Oils, or predominantly Food categories will not be considered.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage distributors, trade activations, visibility programs, merchandising, and market execution initiatives.
• Drive route-to-market strategies, retail execution, and territory management.
• Drive sell-out, market share growth, and execution excellence across assigned channels.
• Apply strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in field execution.
• Deliver analytical reports and sales insights using reporting tools.
• Manage stakeholder and distributor relationships effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• A professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4–6 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the Home & Personal Care (HPC) industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
