Besca Engineering Company Limited (BECL) is an Electrical and Renewable Energy Firm specializing in Solar Systems, Solar Water Heating, Solar Water Pumping, Solar Street Lighting, and Electrical Installation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Tele-Sales Assistant who will be responsible for converting leads generated through social media platforms into qualified sales opportunities. The role involves proactive follow-up, persuasive communication, and relationship-building to achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management: Promptly follow up on leads captured from social media campaigns and other digital platforms.
Telesales & Conversion: Make persuasive outbound calls, explain product/service offerings, handle objections, and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve telesales scripts, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6 Months’ experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience with social media leads is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient with a passion for sales.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
