Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting electrical and automated equipment.
- Support the sales team by providing technical product demonstrations and customer assistance.
- Prepare service reports, job cards, and expense records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote company products and identify sales opportunities.
- Participate in product training and continuous technical development.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components, including the ability to interpret simple electrical schematics.
- Willingness to learn dispensers, automation systems, and programmable equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare job cards, service reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Commercial awareness with an interest in technical sales and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ready to travel for field assignments and work in different customer environments.
