Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader for our Sales - Affordable Housing division. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our affordable housing projects by leading a high-performing team of property advisors, implementing strategic marketing plans, and ensuring operational excellence through robust CRM management and compliance.
Principle Accountabilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead property advisors. Lead teams in daily huddles using CRM dashboards and hold weekly 1:1 sessions to develop personalized growth plans, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy: Develop sales and marketing plans based on market research, including purchaser personas, sales scripts, and playbooks (FAQs) in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Partnerships: Build agency and branch business in collaboration with the Agency & Partnerships unit.
Market Prospecting: Identify markets for deployment of sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the customer service and outreach unit.
Performance Management: Drive and oversee performance and consequence management of direct reports with targeted training, coaching, and recognition of high performance.
CRM Optimization: Oversee the effective use of the CRM system to track, manage, measure, and optimize customer interactions. Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure accurate data entry.
Compliance: Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) details comply with Anti-Money Laundering policies. Maintain a satisfactory audit rating and a Net Promoter Score above 70%. Ensure compliance with HF Group code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
Operational Engagement: Travel to local and global locations for site visits, activations, events, and networking. Handle and document customer complaints and feedback.
Business Continuity: Develop leave management calendars and succession planning.
Professional Development: Meet the required 40 hours of professional training per year.
Key Competencies and Skills
Proven work experience as a property advisor or Team Leader.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance requirements.
High commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Strategic agility and ability to build talent and teams.
Result orientation and drive for performance.
Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or any relevant field.
Professional: Membership in the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
Leadership: A minimum of one year of experience in a team leadership role.
Technical: Demonstrated experience in the use of CRM management systems.
