Progressive Credit carefully assesses customers’ needs and designs innovative products and services that are timely delivered to their delight. We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our team in Kilifi.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Ensure excellent service delivery on customer service relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader / Branch Manager.
