Progressive Credit is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for their Kawangware branch. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing loan qualities, maintaining solid customer relations, and leading the local team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and actively acquire new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver high-quality customer service and foster excellent client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
