The Institute of Software Technologies (IST) is seeking a Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive. IST was established to address the ever-increasing need for high-quality IT skills training for professionals, delivering excellent, cutting-edge education presented by knowledgeable and experienced practitioners in the industry.
Salary
Ksh 40,000 per month + an attractive performance-based commission structure
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up on prospective students.
Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho will be an added advantage.
