Trend Alignment: Create audience-focused video content that aligns with current trends while maintaining the University’s brand integrity.
Creative Direction: Provide technical guidance and creative direction to entity communicators to elevate the overall quality of digital content across the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in film production, Digital Media, Journalism, Communications, or related field from a recognized university.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in professional video production, including advanced camera operation and lighting.
Software Proficiency: High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with expert-level skills in Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects is an added advantage.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of video projects and styles, creative framing, and video editing.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, audio recording hardware, and gimbal stabilization.
Environment: Experience working in complex environments (such as academia or NGOs) where you can navigate diverse stakeholder needs while maintaining a creative edge.
