Christ Is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) is an English-speaking church targeting the urban populace, with a mission to know God and make Him known through evangelism and discipleship. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Creative Arts Ministry for Season 9 as Cast Members. This role is intended for individuals who want to use their creative talents to impact the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through drama and other artistic expressions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Drama Productions: Perform assigned roles in drama productions during church services, outreaches, and missions.
Character Portrayal: Interpret roles effectively through speech, gestures, and body movement to convey characters and express emotions clearly to live audiences.
Rehearsals: Consistently attend rehearsals and memorize scripts/lines as required.
Integrated Ministry: Participate actively in all Creative Arts ministry activities and work collaboratively with other departments like music, dance, and spoken word.
Discipline: Uphold high standards of discipline, punctuality, and commitment to all ministry assignments.
Evangelism Support: Support church-led evangelistic initiatives through drama both within and outside the church setting.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
Must be a committed member of CITAM, recommended by a Safari group leader, Ministry leader, or CITAM Pastor.
Must be a KCSE Graduate (Minimum qualification).
A College or University certificate (BA/BSc/HND) is considered an added advantage.
Must be passionate about ministry, evangelism, and creative expression.
Availability for rehearsals, services, outreaches, and training sessions.
Must be ready to commit one full year to the Creative Arts Ministry.
Previous experience in drama is an added advantage.
Skills as a social media influencer or graphics designer are considered an added advantage.
