As the Service Delivery Coordinator for Wireline Services, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and strict adherence to contract terms. You will play a critical role in maximizing short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities for Baker Hughes by coordinating job activities to meet customer expectations and contract conditions.
Responsibilities
Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment.
Manage Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) operations onshore, including maintenance teams, job planning, technical meetings with clients, and workshop setup.
Conduct all activities in alignment with company non-negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.
Ensure assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon to prevent revenue leakage.
Mentor and share TCP experience with less experienced team members to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Coordinate and monitor all job activities across organizational boundaries as outlined in the MTJC (Mechanical Tool Job Characteristic).
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during job preparation, execution, and close-out, managing the relationship to ensure business success.
Utilize client processes for Management of Change (MOC) and escalation when there is a risk of not achieving objectives or when operating outside product specifications/SOPs.
Provide prompt escalation of issues that may impact service delivery.
Ensure invoicing is accurate according to the contract/quote and facilitate timely collection of cash.
Requirements and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in wireline services.
Proven capability in running TCP (Tubing Conveyed Perforation) and Logging operations.
Experience in setting up Wireline bases in remote areas specifically for TCP.
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge and engineering understanding of Tubing Conveyed Perforation.
Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
