As an Operator at Safal Group, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of production machinery. Key Performance Areas
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve desired output, quality, and efficiency.
Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for each production run and adjust parameters to ensure correct product specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain product quality and troubleshoot or escalate machine issues as needed.
Maintenance: Perform basic and autonomous maintenance to support equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in accordance with 6S and company safety standards.
Reporting: Record, report, and communicate production data, progress, and deviations to supervisors; perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Academic Qualification: Minimum Grade Test 3 Certificate. Educational background in BA/BSc/HND is also recognized.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
IT Skills: Basic knowledge in Computer Packages.
