Senior Superintendent Water

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise water infrastructure projects and site works.
• Develop and review technical designs using AutoCAD and Water CAD.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and water sector legislation.
• Lead project management activities for water supply and infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise in the maintenance and operation of water systems.

Requirements for Appointment

• Kenyan Citizenship.
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Water Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum period of three (3) years of service in the grade of Superintendent (Water Engineering) or its equivalent.
• Mandatory registration with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Technical knowledge of design software including AutoCAD and Water CAD.
• In-depth understanding of relevant legislation governing the water sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of professional Engineering standards.
• Proficiency in computer applications and project management tools.
