As a Maintenance Team Lead at Mars, you would be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient workflow of the Maintenance Team to support optimal availability of our production and utility facilities. You will organize and lead resources to deliver preventative and corrective plant maintenance with safety and quality at the forefront. Similarly, you will be responsible for motivating and developing your team, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with the site technical leadership team to deliver world-class maintenance.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and a maintenance planner to create and implement planned preventative maintenance plans to maximize factory performance and output.\n- Build a high-performing team by developing associates individually and as a group, driving engagement through coaching, and managing personal development plans.\n- Lead corrective maintenance activities to resolve high-priority factory issues and oversee the design and execution of a robust maintenance program for all factory assets.\n- As a member of the Site Technical Leadership team, you will help shape the maintenance strategy and drive the capabilities and performance of all team members.\n- Ensure that all maintenance activities, including those performed by contractors, conform to Mars' fundamental standards, procedures, and policies for Safety and Quality.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- A degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.\n- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical maintenance management within an FMCG manufacturing environment, with proven experience in people management.\n- Experience in using data to find the root cause of complex problems (e.g., 5 Whys, FRCA, FMEA) and familiarity with TPM tools and continuous improvement concepts.\n- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\n- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, consulting, presentation, and facilitation abilities.\n- Experience in safety and food safety risk assessments within a food manufacturing environment.\n- Knowledge of SAP, particularly PM Modules.\n\n### What Mars Offers\n- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.\n- Join a purpose-driven company striving to build a better world for tomorrow.\n- Best-in-class learning and development support, including access to the in-house Mars University.\n- An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the Mars careers portal.
