Service within Business Unit Separation Technologies, Food & Pharma Division is a high-priority area with a clear growth strategy and a strong focus on proactive service. To support this journey, Alfa Laval is strengthening its central team with a dedicated specialist who will help optimize the performance of decanter centrifuges in the field and ensure an excellent customer experience. Within Service, the team continuously develops new products and services while improving existing offerings, committed to proactively delivering customer value and ensuring reliable, sustainable performance.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Support and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commission new installations.\n- Perform expert troubleshooting on Decanter installations.\n- Train sales company field service engineers and customers.\n- Apply strong skills in electrical and mechanical disciplines, including control systems and decanter tuning process knowledge.\n- Participate in the development and execution of new services for the business unit separation technologies service department.\n- Install and commission control system upgrades and condition monitoring systems.\n- Provide technical support for Decanters (remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations, etc.).\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- BA/BSc/HND in Engineering or a related technical field.\n- Several years of experience with Alfa Laval decanter systems in industrial applications is required. Knowledge of high-speed separators is an advantage.\n- Strong technical skills within mechanical and electrical disciplines, with the ability to work with control systems.\n- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.\n- Willingness to travel worldwide with an international travel commitment of up to 70%.
