The Senior Manager Digital Financial Services (CSME) is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Retail Digital financial services targeting the CSME segment, from ideation to commercialization. This involves designing and delivering effective distribution models to support the availability, accessibility, and visibility of digital channels. The role focuses on driving adoption across various Retail pillars, including lending, trade, and cash management solutions. Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Drive business growth targets across Retail Digital Solutions by identifying and closing strategic partnerships.
Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute customer acquisition strategies and plans to achieve set Revenue, Volume, and Value targets (DAU - Daily Active Users and ARPU - Average Revenue Per Customer).
Innovation & Design: Strategically conceive, design, and deliver best-in-class route-to-market strategies and commercial sales toolkits for digital innovations and product enhancements.
Market Intelligence: Use customer insights and deep market knowledge to develop targeted customer acquisition programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver the bank's digital strategic play, including acquisition plans, sales processes, Customer Value Management (CVM), and training manuals.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance metrics for new digital products, enhancements, and innovations.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications: University Degree (Second Upper or Equivalent) in a Business-related field (Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Administration). A Master's degree is highly desired.
Professional Experience: 6-8 years of total working experience, with at least 3 years in Relationship/Account Management or an equivalent role.
Analytical Skills: Experience working with large data sets and analytics expertise is an added advantage.
Digital Marketing: Experience in digital sales and social media marketing is an added advantage.
Agent Management: Experience in managing agent relationships is an added advantage.
Strategy Execution: A proven track record in the formulation and execution of sales strategies that resulted in documented business growth.
Competencies: Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
