Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

Food For Education (F4E) is hiring a Senior Manager of Data & Analytics to lead our data team and drive the adoption of data across the organization. This is fundamentally a leadership role; the right person is someone who knows how to increase data trustworthiness in the organization, bring people along, build enthusiasm for data, and help business teams see their work differently through the lens of data.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n\n* Manage and develop the data team including Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Analysis (BI), and Data Science.\n* Set clear priorities, ways of working, and foster a culture of quality and impact.\n* Assess the current data environment and define a long-term data vision and roadmap.\n* Represent data interests at the leadership level and advocate for investment in data capabilities.\n\n\n* Treat data as a product by delivering effective solutions to business teams.\n* Build strong relationships with business unit leaders to foster curiosity and literacy.\n* Help teams understand and apply data in everyday decision-making processes.\n* Simplify the experience of finding, trusting, and using data for non-technical colleagues through accessibility improvements.\n* Lead workshops, demos, and internal conversations to build data enthusiasm.\n* Identify data collection gaps within internal and external systems.\n\n\n* Ensure core data assets are accurate, well-defined, and trusted across the organization.\n* Champion good data practices including ownership, clear definitions, and documentation.\n* Partner with technical teams to ensure development aligns with actual business needs.\n\n### Requirements\n\n\n* 8–12 years of professional experience in data, analytics, or a related field.\n* Proven experience managing a multi-disciplinary data team and influencing senior leadership.\n* Track record of driving data adoption within an organization.\n* Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.\n* A BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.\n\n\n* Conceptual understanding of modern data infrastructure (pipelines, warehouses, dashboards, data models).\n* Ability to have technical conversations with engineers while communicating effectively with laypeople.\n* Experience deploying data governance frameworks (definitions, ownership, quality).\n* Proven ability to transition an organization from low data maturity to strategic, self-service data use.\n* Strong facilitation and presentation skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply via the Food For Education careers portal on HiBob: or through the application link provided: .
