Alternate Doors is seeking a Senior Finance Professional to join their client's team. This role is designed for a professional who has progressed beyond entry-level and has experience at the Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level (or equivalent), specifically in handling complex clients and leading audit assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Management: Lead audit assignments and handle complex client portfolios effectively.
Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day finance operations and work confidently with organizational leadership.
Risk Management: Proactively identify financial risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Controls & Compliance: Maintain a strong financial controls mindset and ensure all activities align with organizational standards.
Reporting: Ensure solid exposure and adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and general reporting requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Experience Level: Must have progressed beyond entry-level with experience at a Senior Associate or Assistant Manager level.
Audit Experience: Proven track record in leading audit assignments and handling complex clients.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial controls and IFRS.
Professional Attributes: High level of confidence in managing finance operations and engaging with leadership.
