They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic, fast-growing company where the work will directly influence business growth and operational efficiency.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed financial insights to guide leadership, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations, and managing budgets to optimize cost efficiency across production and export operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to guide leadership decisions.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiency across production and exports.
Cost Accounting: Lead product costing, reconciliations, and monitor export profitability.
Audit Support: Support internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Certification: CPA/ACCA qualified (CPA II minimum; CPA Finalist or Member preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or budgeting.
Systems: Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or ERP.
