Security Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Protection: Prevent theft and damage to company property.
• Guard Management: Ensure regular rotation of sub-contracted security guards. Coordinate with selected security companies on guard recruitment and screening.
• Incident Reporting: Log all incidents in the occurrence book, report to relevant stakeholders, and take proper action.
• Law Enforcement Liaison: Partner with the local police on alleged intrusions or security breaches of company/client cargo and follow up cases to conclusion.
• Access Control & Monitoring: Ensure all access points and control rooms are properly manned. Safe-keep all main door keys and ensure outgoing items have valid authorization and gate passes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all security systems, including alarms, electric fences, and CCTV cameras, are in good working condition.
• Inspections & Planning: Conduct internal security inspections, report non-compliance, issue security plans, and implement emergency evacuation procedures.
