Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

The Salesperson will be responsible for:

• Identifying and targeting potential clients for Platinum Credit's products.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
• Effectively promoting and selling Platinum Credit’s financial products.
• Proactively reaching out to new clients and generating leads.
• Thoroughly understanding prospective clients' financial needs.
• Advising clients on the most suitable loan products offered by the company.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Meeting and consistently exceeding predefined sales targets.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrable Sales and Marketing experience, coupled with strong skills in persuasion and client relationship management.
• Performance: Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection constructively.
• Skills: Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills necessary to efficiently manage multiple client accounts.
• Mindset: A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong passion for sales.

Advantageous Attributes:

• Understanding of financial products.
• Prior relevant experience within the microfinance or banking sector.
