On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to grow the 'Food Socks' brand across supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and open-air markets. Key Responsibilities
Drive product sales across assigned territories (Nairobi and surrounding regions).
Open new accounts with supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and retail outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and shop owners.
Ensure product visibility, proper merchandising, and consistent stock replenishment.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence feedback.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, collections, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in FMCG, textile, or retail sales within the Kenyan market.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of Nairobi trade channels and distributor networks.
Self-driven, aggressive in sales execution, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
