Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role requires a target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting overall business growth within the property management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
Follow up with prospective landlords and tenants and convert them into signed agreements.
Present and promote property management services to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.
Minimum Requirements
KCSE minimum grade C (Plain).
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar position within a property management company will be an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
