The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role requires a target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting overall business growth within the property management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field prospecting.
Client Conversion: Follow up with prospective landlords and tenants and convert them into signed agreements.
Promotion: Present and promote property management services to potential clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Education: Minimum KCSE grade C (Plain) and a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar position within a property management company will be an added advantage.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and remain target-oriented and results-focused.
