Our client, a company specializing in the distribution of Alcoholic Beverages, is seeking to hire a Sales Representative focused on the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). The role involves supplying goods to bars, hotels, and restaurants, ensuring brand visibility, and achieving significant sales growth within this specific sector.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts, including chefs, procurement officers, and beverage managers.
Identify and onboard new prospects within the HORECA sector.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure product availability, proper shelving, and visibility of company brands.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and identify industry trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain records of client activity.
Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field.
At least 2-3 years of sales experience specifically dealing with the distribution of Alcoholic Beverages (Wines & Spirits) to the HORECA channel.
Wide knowledge of listing and sales processes in the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants & Bars).
Strong commercial experience ideally with an Alcoholic beverages background.
Essential experience in launching and promoting new brands in the market.
Proficiency in following up on payments.
Fluency in spoken English and excellent written skills for professional email communication.
