Tende Pay is looking for a results-driven and commercially oriented Sales Personnel to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to generate revenue through the acquisition of new business and the management of an existing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling digital payment solutions specifically tailored for SMEs and Corporates.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue through new business acquisition and growth within the existing customer base.
Conduct on-ground business sales and actively maintain strong customer relationships.
Focus on selling and promoting digital payment solutions to SMEs and Corporates.
Maintain and organize a detailed daily, weekly, and monthly regiment of leads and sales activities.
Consistently meet and exceed set sales targets through proactive outreach.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and the ability to work independently to drive business objectives.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of proven work experience in B2B sales, specifically with knowledge of selling digital payment solutions to SMEs and Corporates.
Track Record: Target-driven, hard-core sales professional with a proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets.
Education: Diploma in Business or a related field from a reputable institution.
Skills: Ability to maintain and organize a detailed regiment of leads; strong independent working capability.
Competencies: Experience in on-ground business sales and relationship management.
