Denfa Technologies is seeking a dedicated Sales Person to deliver retail sales at our electronics shop. The role focuses on providing disciplined customer service, ensuring accurate invoicing and receipt issuance, maintaining strict stock control, and keeping a clean, orderly retail environment. This position requires absolute integrity as it involves handling company stock, official records, and payments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
Serve walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Prepare quotations, close sales, and support repeat business.
2. Sales Documentation & Cash Handling
Prepare accurate invoices for every sale.
Issue official receipts for all payments without exception, complying with company controls.
Ensure no goods leave the shop without full payment and proper documentation (Credit terms require Management authorization).
Confirm stock availability before committing to any sale.
3. Shop Cleanliness & Order
Maintain the shop in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition at all times, including shelves, counters, and customer areas.
4. Integrity, Discipline & Compliance
Perform duties with honesty, integrity, and accountability.
Safeguard company cash, stock, equipment, and records.
Immediately report theft, fraud, attempted fraud, stock loss, or any unethical conduct.
5. Reporting
Prepare and submit daily sales, cash, and handover reports accurately and on time.
Escalate operational issues or customer complaints promptly.
Working Hours & Schedule
The shop operates Monday to Saturday.
Saturday work is mandatory and forms part of the normal working week.
Employees must report in good time for opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years’ proven experience in retail sales (Mandatory).
Residing near the shop is considered an added advantage.
Competencies & Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High level of accuracy in invoicing, receipt issuance, and cash handling.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.
Reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Availability to work weekends.
