Vilcom Networks Limited is a telecommunications company headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. Our mission is to deliver best-of-class communication services to our customers through fast and affordable internet access and reliable network operation. We are currently looking for Direct Sales Executives to join our teams in Meru, Rongai, and Lodwar.
Role Overview
The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth by acquiring new customers and promoting Vilcom's communication services, including fiber and technology solutions. This role involves active field sales activities and managing the sales pipeline to meet established targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and generate leads to acquire new customers.
Sales Promotion: Promote and sell Vilcom products and services, including Fiber, Enterprise, and Technology solutions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Field Sales Activities: Conduct field sales activities, including door-to-door and corporate sales outreach.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and conversion process effectively.
Customer Support: Support the customer onboarding and handover process.
Reporting: Provide regular market feedback and performance reports to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates from the ISP or Telecommunications industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
