As a Sales Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department by managing administrative processes and coordinating across various departments. This role acts as a critical link between sales, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will maintain sales records, monitor inventory levels, and provide data-driven insights through performance dashboards to support sales forecasting and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Act as the link between sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
Monitor order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and customer confirmations.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and performance dashboards.
Support pricing, quotations, and contract administration.
Track stock availability in collaboration with operations and warehouse teams.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Support sales forecasting and planning activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years’ experience in sales operations, sales administration, or supply chain support.
Experience working with fresh produce, FMCG, or agribusiness is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of sales processes and order management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales/ERP systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
