Sciencescope Limited is seeking a dynamic professional for a Sales & Marketing role specializing in Laboratory, IVD, Analytical Chemistry, and Life Sciences. This position is ideal for individuals who combine scientific expertise with a strong commercial drive to promote high-end laboratory equipment and consumables within the healthcare and research sectors.
Responsibilities and Duties
Promote and sell laboratory equipment, In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products, and analytical chemistry consumables to diverse clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Provide technical expertise and conduct presentations for clients regarding product specifications and scientific applications.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, technical negotiation, and after-sales support.
Travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) to client sites, industry conferences, and for field demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers and healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track sales metrics and provide detailed reports on market trends and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or equivalent in Sales and Marketing with a major in Medical Laboratory, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role within the scientific or medical industry.
Demonstrated success in previous roles; direct laboratory experience is highly desirable.
Proficient knowledge of Analytical Chemistry equipment, IVD, and lab consumables.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry landscape is a significant advantage.
Excellent computer literacy, particularly in presentation software and communication tools.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
High degree of flexibility with a willingness to travel frequently.
