Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Nairobi market. You will promote our waste management and janitorial services to prospective clients, manage a sales pipeline, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned market.
Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve agreed sales targets and submit sales reports within the required time frame.
Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor.
Good time management and time-keeping skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
