We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for a role within the Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end property sales process from lead generation to closing.
Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and meet organizational targets.
Develop and maintain a robust network of potential clients and stakeholders.
Apply knowledge of property sales processes to ensure efficient and compliant transactions.
Monitor market trends, particularly within the Mt. Kenya region, to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company professionally in all networking and sales activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or Marketing.
A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience specifically in real estate sales.
Demonstrated ability in high-level negotiation and deal closing.
Deep understanding of the Kenyan property sales landscape.
Familiarity with the Mt. Kenya region market is considered a significant advantage.
Must be target-driven with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
