Job Description
The African Development Bank (AfDB) Internship Program aims to provide students with the opportunity to acquire professional and practical experience within an international development environment. This specific internship focuses on Real Estate Management and Services, contributing to the Bank's mission of transforming Africa and improving the quality of growth across the continent. While the program helps build a pool of potential candidates for future recruitment, the internship does not guarantee immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities and Terms
Selected interns will perform their duties either remotely or on-site depending on the needs of the hiring unit.
Remote interns must have access to a personal computer, reliable internet connection, and a conducive working environment.
Internships last for a period of three (3) to six (6) months and are authorized only once per candidate.
Eligible interns receive a monthly stipend and medical insurance coverage provided by the Bank.
On-site interns are responsible for their own air travel and general upkeep.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Must be at least the age of majority in their country of origin and not more than 30 years old at the start of the internship.
Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's level degree program in a recognized higher learning institution. Candidates may also apply within one (1) year of obtaining such a degree.
Nationality: Must be a national of a member country of the African Development Bank.
Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the Bank's working languages (English or French).
Technical Skills: Ability to use standard software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Documentation: Must provide a letter from their school confirming enrollment or a copy of the degree certificate.
