About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the sales function — identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into closed sales. You will play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint in the ready homes market through a combination of relationship management, digital marketing expertise, and relentless follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into closed sales for ready homes.
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture inbound leads.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers through networking and referrals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships throughout the full sales cycle and beyond.
Sales Targets: Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting & Records: Provide timely follow-up on all leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional content.
Market Representation: Represent the organization at property exhibitions, open days, and industry networking events.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in the sales and marketing of ready homes or real estate products.
Digital Skills: Demonstrated experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Target Orientation: Strong ability to set, monitor, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship management and client service skills.
Demographic Criteria: Candidates should be aged between 35 and 45 years.
