Seaways Kenya Limited is seeking dynamic Sales Executives for their Insurance department to drive business growth. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, managing sales through CRM systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing while meeting established performance quotas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects from multiple sources including the website, social media, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
CRM Management: Track all sales activities within the company CRM system and ensure account information is updated accurately and regularly.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and provide detailed, timely sales reports to management.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and strive to exceed established sales quotas.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional sales experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
High level of self-motivation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Ability and valid license to drive within Nairobi city.
